Ingredients:
- Rice- ¼ Katori (25 gm)
- Chana dal-¾ Katori (75 gm)
- Urad dal- ½ Katori (50 gm)
- Sprouted moong-¼ Katori (25 gm)
- Methi powder- 3 tsp
- Tomato- 2 small chopped
- Cabbage- 5 tsp chopped
- Ginger paste- 2 tsp
- Oil- 3 tsp
- Salt- to tasteMix Veg Dhokla
- Coriander- for garnishing
Method:
- Soak rice and dals separately overnight.
- Blend it in a mixer coarsely and keep the mixture in sunlight.
- Put methi powder to it.
- Cut vegetables and put sprouted moong, vegetables,salt ,green chilli,ginger paste into the dough.
- Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 15 min. in a pressure cooker without whistle.
- Decorate with coriander.
