Oats Soup

  1. Oats – 1 cup
  2. Onion – ½ finely chopped
  3. Green Chilly – 1 chopped
  4. Garlic – 2 – 4 small cloves
  5. Oil – 1 tsp
  6. Water – 1 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black Pepper Powder to taste
  9. Coriander leaves for garnishing Milk- ½ cup

Method:

  • Heat oil in a vessel.Add onion, garlic, green chilies and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add oats and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add water, put salt and boil it for few minutes.
  • Add milk, black pepper and again boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Switch off the burner.
  • Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
