- Oats – 1 cup
- Onion – ½ finely chopped
- Green Chilly – 1 chopped
- Garlic – 2 – 4 small cloves
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Water – 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnishing Milk- ½ cup
Method:
- Heat oil in a vessel.Add onion, garlic, green chilies and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add oats and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add water, put salt and boil it for few minutes.
- Add milk, black pepper and again boil it for 2-3 minutes.
- Switch off the burner.
- Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
