Semolina Cake

Ingredients: –

  1. Fine Semolina (Rawa):-100gm,
  2. Low fat curd:-100gm,
  3. Clarified Butter (Ghee):-2 tsp,
  4. Baking soda:-1/2 tsp,
  5. Chopped Almonds (optional):-1 tsp,
  6. Vanilla Essence:-1 tsp,
  7. Wheat Flour(Maida):-1 tsp,
  8. Artificial sweetener:-as per taste

Method: –

  • Mix fine Semolina (Rawa) and curd and keep it aside for 3 hours.
  • Grease the presser cooker plate with little clarified butter (ghee) and sprinkle Wheat Flour (Maida) evenly on it and keep it aside.
  • Add chopped almonds, ghee, and vanilla essence into the mixture and Mix it well.
  • Finally add baking soda and beat the mixture properly Pour the mixture into the greased dish.
  • Cover the dish and put it into a Pan (Kadhai) for baking. Bake it for20 to 25 min. To check if cake is baked prick it with a toothpick.
