Date Walnut Rolls

Rich in Iron and Omega 3 Fats

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  1. 6 High Fibre / Marie Biscuits
  2. 1 cup chopped dates
  3. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  4. 2 spoons Desiccated coconut

Method:

  • Mix High Fibre / Marie Biscuits, dates, and chopped walnuts together.
  • Blend and knead the mixture well.
  • Prepare rolls about 3 inches in diameter.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour, then roll on desiccated coconut.
  • Cut into 1/4-inch slices and serve.
