Nityaasha Foundation, a registered Charitable Trust, takes care of 80 Type 1 Diabetes children from lower Socio-economic families of the society. Nityaasha always keeps our first priority to the underprivileged Type 1 Diabetes children by providing free medical aid. We also keep continuous monitoring and education of the T1DM children and their families. This has helped them live a normal life and improve their quality of life.

With the onset of Novel Coronavirus pandemic and Nationwide Lockdown as measure of containment by the Govt., Nityaasha Foundation has played an important role by reaching out to the registered T1DM children and their families and by delivering free medical aid at their homes. Our counsellor is made available 24X7 and does continuous monitoring and counselling on telephone.

We have constant coordination with KEM Hospital Diabetic Unit and have been dispensing free medical aid to registered T1DM children who stay close by and can reach KEM hospital. For those children, who stay in the outskirt villages of Pune like Ambegaon Khrud, Keshanand Gaon, Ranjangaon, Chakan, Shirur, Rajgurunagar etc. Nityaasha team have been going to their homes and delivering free medical aid.

Nityaasha Foundation is extremely thankful to all the people who have supported and have been working hard to make this effort a reality.

Our special thanks to Mr. Farook Merchant, Nityaasha Founder & Trustee for his kind support, continuous guidance and commitment towards this noble cause. We also thank him for his tireless effort in reaching the underprivileged T1DM children and helping them to be self-dependent because of which they can enjoy better quality of life.
