Ingredients:
- Roasted Poha :-100gm
- Groundnuts:-1tsp
- Dry Coconut slices:-1 tsp
- Roasted Chana dal:-2 tsp
- Chopped green chilies:-2 tsp
- Curry leaves:-2 tsp
- Turmeric powder:-1 tsp
- Carom Seeds(Ajwain) :-1 tsp
- Asafoetida:-1 tsp
- Oil:-4tsp
- Salt:-to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a vessel (Kadhai) When oil becomes hot put the
- groundnuts, stir for 2 min. Add roasted Chickpeas (Chana)dal and
- Stir it for 1 min then add dry coconut slices and stir it for 2 min.
- Add curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, ajwain and stir for 1
- min. Put roasted poha , salt and mix well. Turn the gas off after 5
- Serving: – 1
