Ingredients: –
- Fine Semolina (Rawa):-100gm,
- Low fat curd:-100gm,
- Clarified Butter (Ghee):-2 tsp,
- Baking soda:-1/2 tsp,
- Chopped Almonds (optional):-1 tsp,
- Vanilla Essence:-1 tsp,
- Wheat Flour(Maida):-1 tsp,
- Artificial sweetener:-as per taste
Method: –
- Mix fine Semolina (Rawa) and curd and keep it aside for 3 hours.
- Grease the presser cooker plate with little clarified butter (ghee) and sprinkle Wheat Flour (Maida) evenly on it and keep it aside.
- Add chopped almonds, ghee, and vanilla essence into the mixture and Mix it well.
- Finally add baking soda and beat the mixture properly Pour the mixture into the greased dish.
- Cover the dish and put it into a Pan (Kadhai) for baking. Bake it for20 to 25 min. To check if cake is baked prick it with a toothpick.
