Ingredients: –
- Sprouted Green Gram (whole mung) – 30 gms
- Sprouted Moth bean (Matki) – 1 tsp.
- Sprouted Black Eyed Peas (Chavli) – 1 tsp
- Cabbage (Kobi) chopped-3tsp
- Small Tomato chopped-1/2 tsp
- Small Onion chopped-1/2 tsp
- Coriander chopped -1 tsp
- Green chili chopped-1tsp
- Lime Juice-1 tsp
- Chat Masla-1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Method: –
- Take Green Gram (Mung dal)
- Moth bean (Matki) and Black Eyed Peas (Chavli) in pressure cooker and steam it
- Add Tomato onionand Cabbage to the sprouted pulses
- Add green chilies
- lime juice
- salt and chat masala as per the taste
- Add chopped coriander
