Sprouts Bhel

Ingredients: –

  1. Sprouted Green Gram (whole mung) – 30 gms
  2. Sprouted Moth bean (Matki) – 1 tsp.
  3. Sprouted Black Eyed Peas (Chavli) – 1 tsp
  4. Cabbage (Kobi) chopped-3tsp
  5. Small Tomato chopped-1/2 tsp
  6. Small Onion chopped-1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander chopped -1 tsp
  8. Green chili chopped-1tsp
  9. Lime Juice-1 tsp
  10. Chat Masla-1/2 tsp
  11. Salt – to taste

Method: –

  • Take Green Gram (Mung dal)
  • Moth bean (Matki) and Black Eyed Peas (Chavli) in pressure cooker and steam it
  • Add Tomato onionand Cabbage to the sprouted pulses
  • Add green chilies
  • lime juice
  • salt and chat masala as per the taste
  • Add chopped coriander
