Ingredients:
- Whole wheat – ¼ cup
- Moong Daal – 2 tsp
- Green Chilly – ½ chopped
- Ghee – ¼ tsp Oil – ¼ tsp
- Water – 3 cup
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch
- Asafoetida (Hing) – 1 pinch
- Jeera – ¼ tsp
Method:
- Soak wheat overnight and drain the water soak Moong Dal for 2 – 3 hours and drain the water.
- Grind wheat coarsely without adding water in a mixer.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and put Jeera, green chilly and hing
- Add blended wheat and soaked Moong Dal and saute it for 5 minutes
- Add water and turmeric powder.
- Cook with 4-5 pressure and serve hot.
